Massage Styles

The most subtle messages may be communicated through the hands – a gesture, a touch, a firm clasp of one hand in another. And one of the most sensitive response areas of the entire body – the feet.

Red Lotus Massage Therapy is attentive to the very special needs of both, from the finger tips to the toes.

Far beyond simply feeling good, massage has an impressive range of therapeutic effects and benefits – sensory receptors in the skin and muscles “awaken” bringing new awareness to areas.

The unblocking of “life-force” Chi-Prana, etc. is achieved. Massage enables the body to send more oxygen and nutrients to the cells and tissue, and also stimulates the release of endorphins – the body’s natural pain killer.

Using intellect, intuition and compassion, we combine aspects of various modalities in a gentle, noninvasive manner, creating a personalized treatment to facilitate an awakening of your inner health.

Relieving symptoms while encouraging restoration of a peaceful, holistic balance, we assist you in aligning truth with innate strength.

Alignment allows one to release old patterns and belief systems. Trusting in this process empowers you to make positive life choices and to flow with life’s changing currents in a graceful, healthy and vital manner.

When used as part of a regimen of preventive care, holistic health care and therapeutic massage treatments are known to bring the benefits of overall health and well-being.
